Si queres amanecer sintiendo el corazón del Nahuel Huapi. Éste es tu lugar. ☺ Una vista inigualable. Despertar viendo el Nahuel Huapi por la ventana de tu dormitorio o en el living tomando mate en el balcón es un sueño. ☹ Nada

Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen ☺ Der Blick auf den See ist einzigartig und faszinierend. Ob vom Wohn-Essbereich oder aus dem Bett - von überall hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick. Mariana hat uns sehr viele Informationen und Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung. Der Mietwagen war in der Tiefgarage gut untergebracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig am Rand der Stadt, aber dennoch zentral. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen. ☹ ---

Very very helpful staff which helped overcome other issues ☺ Overlooking lake and welcome by Marianna ☹ Lack of cleanliness. We had a $100 cleaning fee after our stay. We wished the previous occupants had paid this and it had been used. Tin opener was dangerous and tools for cooking limited.

Hi Diana, I don't quite understand your comments because the kitchens are all very well equipped and the cleaning is always done well. (But I'm making a note anyway because perhaps there was a mistake somewhere.)

Muy bien ☺ • Stunning Views: The apartment overlooks the lake and the view is truly amazing. • Quiet & Peaceful: Being far from the city center makes it very calm and relaxing. • Great Service: Mariana was incredibly helpful and attentive during our entire stay. ☹ Distance: It is a bit far from the center. You definitely need a car or an Uber to get around, as it’s a very long walk. • No AC: There is no air conditioning. In the summer, you have to sleep with the windows open to stay cool.

Departamento con bonita vista ☺ La ubicación nos gustó más porque tiene una vista al lago y la playita. En taxi llegas al centro en 5 min. ☹ Debe incrementar la empatía de parte de la anfitriona y aprender a tener más tino para lidiar con viajeros que llegan cansados. Se demoró demasiado en mostrarnos el departamento y, sin embargo, no nos indicó el funcionamiento de la lavadora. No hay mucha facilidad de pago, parece gestapo, mucha desconfianza y falta de experiencia en lidiar con huéspedes internacionales. Al salir, igual, te dice "ya tiene que partir" como si uno no supiera el día que debe hacer el check-out. Aparte de ello, fue amable cuando se le pedía recomendaciones.

Mirella, te respondo: nos dijiste que pagarías el saldo en efectivo, pero querías pagar con tarjeta de crédito y no funcionó. Nos costó mucho encontrar la manera de que pudieras pagar el saldo porque tu tarjeta tenía un límite de gasto. Nosotros perdimos mucho tiempo para buscar un medio de pago para tu tarjeta que no pasaba... El check in es a las 15:00, pero si el apartamento está listo antes, siempre somos flexibles. Pudimos entregarte el apartamento a las 13:30. No es nuestra culpa si reservas en vuelos baratos con aerolíneas de bajo costo que llegan a las 8:00 am. Lo mismo ocurre con la salida: la salida es a las 10:00 porque hay otros huéspedes que, como tú, quieren el apartamento libre a las 15:00. (ustedes dejaron el depto a las 11h...). En resument, si queres el depto a las 08h am y dejarlo a las 15h pm, hay que pedir y pagar un early check in y late check out. saludos

Verão em Bariloche ☺ Que maravilha de vista!!! O apto é muito bem localizado, próximo ao centro e tudo muito prático. Adoramos ter ficado com uma vista para o lago Nahuel Huapi, ap mesmo tempo que olhando Bariloche. Foi lindo e os espaços são super bem confortáveis. Agradecemos a gentil recepção de Mariana!! ☹ Apenas alguns talheres para servir precisam ser trocados e uma só tomada na cozinha é complicado.
