This is the story of an elderly man – yet young at heart – who dreamed of owning a house in Patagonia, with the best possible views of the lake and the Andes Mountains, and no neighbors across the way.
“MICHEL”, unfortunately, didn’t have time to live in this dream home, but he had chosen this 45 m² apartment on a high floor, with a private balcony offering a breathtaking and spectacular panoramic view.
This apartment features a very spacious bedroom with ample closet space. In the living room, there’s a large sofa bed that can accommodate two children or two adults. The lake is so close that you can hear its gentle murmur with the windows open!
The residence is located on the shores of Lake Nahuel Huapi and features an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, both of which are heated year-round, as well as an outdoor jacuzzi.
